BORG DU MONT KAILASA

Borg came to us from a very successful and well-known Belgian kennel Lowenkraft /Mont Kailasa, head. Jeannine Doncell and M. De Wit. Their dogs in the early 2000s regularly won and became prize-winners at the show in Leonberg. We waited about a year for the desired litter from the handsome Vegas (Vegas du Mont Kailasa) and did not even realized back then what level of a dog we gott. At one of the first club shows in Moscow judged by R.R. Khomasuridze. Borg then won, and Revaz Revazovich, leaving the ring, threw over his shoulder a prase “freeze his sperm”. We smiled, thinking it was a joke, not understanding the meaning of his words then, and only after many years we realized how right he was! Borg passed away early at the age of 4.5 when we were away. As we were told, he layed down to rest and did not get up iat daytime - a heart (?), But a few litters that he left brought our cattery, and the number of Leonbergers in Russia at that time, to a fundamentally new level. Borg's son, Rua Soleil Arden Bois (Hammer) became the first leonberger from Russia to come to the German club's show in Leonberg, and placed second in an intermediate class of more than 20 participants, receiving the RCAC. We have come the longest way of all the participants of the exhibition, which was even reported by the local newspaper. And Borg became our first NKP Champion, the first Interchampion, opened idog shows world, and from their joint litter with Diva, we left three puppies for ourselves and a number of puppies, on which Rua Soleil was built on further.
